About Us

Virtual Softnet Solutions Sdn Bhd (SoftNet) is a 100% bumiputera company established since 2001. SoftNet is actively involved in ICT and electronic sector. Started as a vendor to Royal Malaysian Navy developing communication system, we have been trusted by lot of companies and government agencies to develop and solve their ICT solutions. Since 2001, we have successfully completed more than 100 ICT projects.

Our involvement in Queue Systems can be traced back to 2005 where one of the government agencies requested us to develop a Queue Systems customized to their need since queue system suppliers in the market are unable to meet their requirements. From there, our journey in the queue market started to flourish. Currently our customer lists spans to many sectors including healthcare, banking and government.

We are located in Putrajaya, Malaysia and we also has branch in Sri Manjung, Perak.
