Queue reports (with graphs) such as Daily/Monthly/Yearly – Waiting and Serving Time Distribution, Waiting Time Analysis by Service, Customer Served Distribution by Counter, Teller Performance and many more. All these reports can be viewed at real-time and anywhere (i.e from HQ or manager’s desk) through the internet.

To enhance your customer experience, SoftNet queue display offer various display setting that allow the queue display to play various types of media including TV channel, Astro, and video. Scrolling text feature is useful to show customize information and advertisement. In addition, the banks can have their queue display integrate with Forex Exchange information which feed automatically from a centralize location or various location (for example from Bank Negara’s website)     


Other features include integration with Instant Messaging (IM) for secure, private online communication and file sharing, integration with SMS for notification, appointment scheduling etc, integration with MyCard and integration with existing system such as Hospital Management System.
