Requirement
- Graduated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- Familiar with C/C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL..
- Knowledge in Linux or Unix operating system / internet protocol / MCSE certification are advantages.
- Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications
- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
- Fluent in Bahasa & English
- Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications
- Able to work independently, in a pressure time & less supervision.

Nature Of Works
- Perform software & hardware installation, troubleshoot computer problems & determine sources
- Provide support & training services (software & hardware) to clients and staff.
- Develop, update & keep training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Complete application project-based works
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
- Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
- Consult with users and evaluate requirements, recommend designs, provide cost analyses, plan projects, and coordinate tasks for installation of data networks.
- Provide network documentation, training, and guidance to computing system clients and programmers.
- Serve as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network production problems.
Requirement
- Graduate Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Mechanical and Electrical/Electronic / Computer Engineering or related discipline
- At least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Able to ensure the assigned task complete within stipulated time frame.
- Self initiative, responsible with good interpersonal skill.
